Dr. Marie-Carin von Gumppenberg runs the Policy Studies since 2001. Since 2000 holds a Ph.D. in Political Sciences of the Munich Ludwig-Maximilians-University. In 2014 she certified as Compliance Officer at the Augsburg University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2000-2001 and 2003-2012 Dr. Marie-Carin von Gumppenberg worked for OSCE Field Offices in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia and North Macedonia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this time she has gained profound expertise in democratisation and governance issues. She extensively cooperated and coordinated with governmental, non-governmental and international stakeholders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Marie-Carin von Gumppenberg is fluent in Russian and English. She has good French skills and sufficient Italian, Uzbek, Georgian and Macedonian language skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2001 Dr. Marie-Carin von Gumppenberg launched the Policy Studies<\/strong>, an independent, non-partisan consulting providing a wide range of tailor-made services on democracy and governance issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this capacity, she has advised national governments, national and international non-government organisations, donors and international development agencies, and the private sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
